Mother’s Day Interactive Class at Nrane Studio

In celebration of Mother’s Day, Nrane Vocal & Dance Studio organized a special interactive class featuring both mothers and children.

The event took place in a warm and joyful atmosphere, where parents enthusiastically participated in the class alongside their children. During the session, the students taught their mothers parts of their dance routines, creating memorable and heartfelt moments for everyone involved.

At the end of the event, the mothers received gifts, gift cards, and special surprises as a token of appreciation for their love, support, and dedication.

This meaningful celebration once again highlighted the studio’s warm family environment and the importance of creating connection and joy through culture and dance.

Mother’s Day Performance at Impression Banquet Hall

On May 8, Nrane Vocal and Dance Studio participated in a beautiful Mother’s Day celebration held at Impression Banquet Hall.

During the event, the studio’s students performed specially prepared dance pieces, bringing warmth, joy, and festive energy to the audience through their artistic performances and stage presence. Armenian music and dance once again impressed the guests and received heartfelt applause and appreciation.

The event became a celebration filled with love, gratitude, and appreciation for mothers, while Nrane Studio proudly added the beauty and spirit of Armenian culture to the occasion.

Nrane Vocal and Dance Studio Performance at Assurance Learning Center

On April 22, as part of Armenian Heritage Month, Nrane Vocal and Dance Studio received a special invitation to perform at Assurance Learning Center, presenting Armenian music and dance.

During the event, the studio’s students showcased the beauty of Armenian culture and national traditions, sharing the warmth and energy of Armenian performing arts with the audience.

Although the school staff came from diverse cultural backgrounds, they watched the performances with great interest and enthusiasm. Their warm reception and heartfelt applause became a meaningful recognition of the students’ talent and dedication.

Cultural events like this play an important role in introducing and promoting Armenian culture within international communities.

Nrane Vocal and Dance Studio at the Tsaghkazard Festival

In April 2026, Nrane Vocal & Dance Studio participated for the second time in the Tsaghkazard Festival, held at Verdugo Park. The event brought together numerous artistic groups and community organizations celebrating Armenian culture and traditions.

The studio was once again honored to receive an invitation to participate, continuing its active involvement in Armenian cultural events. Nrane’s first participation took place in 2025, during which the studio performed two different dance pieces.

At this year’s festival, the students once again took the stage with enthusiasm and professionalism, sharing the beauty and spirit of Armenian dance with the audience.

Nrane Studio at Ashugh Nazeni’s Author’s Song Evening

On March 8, 2025, Nrane Song & Dance Studio received a special invitation to participate in an author’s song evening hosted by Ashugh Nazeni. The event took place at the Iranahay Miutyun building.

During the evening, the studio’s students delivered a beautiful performance and also shared a duet performance with Ashugh Nazeni, creating one of the most memorable highlights of the event.

The evening featured beloved Armenian singers and performers and was filled with a warm and artistic atmosphere that beautifully united Armenian music and dance on one stage

Nrane Vocal and Dance Studio at the Armenian Dance Club of Los Angeles Festival

On December 20, 2025, Nrane Song & Dance Studio participated in the Armenian Dance Club of Los Angeles festival held at Glendale High School. The event brought together various dance groups and cultural organizations, creating a vibrant celebration of Armenian dance and artistic heritage.

The festival’s Artistic Director was Gagik Mkrtchyan, who also serves as the President of the Dance Art Union of Armenia.

As part of the festival activities, Gagik Mkrtchyan also visited Nrane Studio, met with the students, and conducted a special individual masterclass, providing an inspiring and educational experience for the dancers.

At the conclusion of the event, the students received individual certificates in recognition of their participation, dedication, and artistic achievements.

The First Solo Concert of Nrane Vocal and Dance Studio

On December 6, 2025, Nrane Song & Dance Studio proudly held its very first solo concert, marking a memorable milestone in the studio’s journey. The event took place at AGBU Performing Arts Center and brought together families, guests, and lovers of Armenian culture and performing arts.

The concert featured a diverse and multi-genre program lasting approximately one and a half hours. Throughout the evening, the audience enjoyed a variety of musical and dance performances presented by the studio’s talented students and instructors.

A special guest of the evening was the Vahagn Dholaharner Ensemble, whose performance added vibrant energy and cultural spirit to the event.

At the conclusion of the concert, students were awarded Certificates of Recognition in appreciation of their dedication, growth, and artistic achievements.

The evening was hosted by Vardges Barseghyan whose warm and professional presence made the celebration even more memorable.

The event was proudly sponsored by Legacy Venue and ,Dahuk whose support contributed greatly to the success of the concert.

Nrane Students on Stage . Our Participation in the Tsakhkazard kids festival

On April 13, a children’s festival dedicated to Tsakhkazard  took place at Verdugo Park.

The Armenian Apostolic Church celebrated Tsakhkazard  , which marks the triumphant entry of Jesus Christ into Jerusalem. By the high directive of the Catholicos of All Armenians, Tsakhkazard  has been declared a day of blessing for children.

On Tsakhkazard  morning, churches bless branches of olive or willow and distribute them to the people. The willow branches, which are fruitless, symbolize the pagans who bore fruit only after being offered to Christ. The softness of the branches symbolizes the humility of Christ’s followers. The willow branches are our gifts to the Lord, just like the gifts brought by the Magi from the East on Christmas Day.

Tsakhkazard  was also celebrated grandly in Glendale.

The students of our studio participated in this festive event with great love and excitement. Dressed in colorful and joyful dwarf costumes, our little ones sparkled. They performed their dance movements with such mastery that guests couldn’t help but want to join in. Everyone watched the entire performance with smiles, and Nrane’s little ones were incredibly happy with the organized event.

This is now the third year that the festival has been held, bringing joy to children and enriching the community with culture.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the Armenian Kids Festival organization for their wonderful initiative, excellent organization, and the care shown to each and every participant.
This beautiful initiative is gradually becoming a beloved and anticipated tradition in our community, bringing together families, friends, and large numbers of Armenian children around art, culture, and joy.
We are happy to be part of this beautiful celebration.
